Our task was to write about what you can do in Malmö on a rainy day. In Malmö there are a lot of places you can go to. We found eight places you could visit on a rainy day:

1.     Library

2.     Cinema

3.     Restaurant (Espresso House)

4.     Bowling

5.     Shopping (Triangeln, Entré)

6.     Laserdome

7.     Aq-va-kul

8.     Malmö Museum

We have also interviewed two people to ask about their opinions on rainy days and what places they like to visit when the sun is hiding behind the clouds.

Interview #1

What’s your name? How old are you?
Malin Johansson, 16 years old

Do you like rainy days? Or do you prefer sunny days? Why/why not do you like rainy/sunny days?
No, I don’t like rainy days because it’s cold, and that makes it hard to be able to stay outside for long.

What do you do on a rainy day?
I stay at home or meet up with some friends. I also like running when it’s raining outside.

What is your favorite place to visit in Malmö?
B01, Hansa, or just a random friend’s house

 

Interview #2

What’s your name? How old are you?
Martin Ängström, 16 years old

Do you like rainy days? Or do you prefer sunny days? Why/why not do you like rainy/sunny days?
No, I prefer sunny days. I don’t like sunny days because it’s cold and you get wet.

What do you do on a rainy day?
I stay at home and play some xbox

What is your favorite place to visit in Malmö?
Sibbarp

We noticed that both of the people we interviewed answered that they didn’t like rainy days, and therefore we decided to ask ten people whether they like rainy days or not. 8 out of 10 people don’t like rainy days.

In Aq-va-kul you can go swim for exercize or you can go swim for fun with your friends!

Big bowl is a bowling place and you can go bowl, play games and eat with your friends!

If it's cold and rainy outside you can go to Espresso House and have some hot chocolate or have something to eat

If you're angry at someone you can go release your anger at Laserdome and shoot people with fake guns

It's always nice to go see a movie on a rainy day and Royal is the biggest cinema in Malmö!

You can also go to a shopping mall when it's raining and shop all day long!

If you're a reader the library is the place for you! You can sit in a nice quiet environment and read

Malmö Museum is an exicing place to visit in Malmö, and it's indoors so you can go there when it's raining!
